Show HN: Codebrief – Make sense of AI-generated code changes I've been using Claude Code for a few months, and while it's amazing at writing code, reviewing the changes became a bottleneck. The diff is just files in alphabetical order. No context. No explanation of intent. So I built Codebrief, a VS Code extension that: 1. Captures your git diff + session context 2.
