Show HN: An engineering approach to optimizing sleep quality for parents in tech I built a sleep optimization framework using principles from software engineering after nearly missing a critical security vulnerability due to sleep deprivation. The approach applies systems thinking to sleep quality, with five components treating biological processes as technical ones. This framework helped me regain cognitive function despite having young children.
