Show HN: I made an app to challenge anxious thoughts with AI I had really bad health anxiety the last 2 years that severely impacted my quality of life. I started using Claude for support and was surprised by how much it helped. I realised how much potential there is for LLMs to provide an objective perspective on stressful thoughts - so I built an app that helps you form a habit around this to reduce long term anxiety. You vent what's on your mind and an LLM will evaluate your thoughts objectively (heavily leaning on CBT techniques), to help you maintain a more balanced perspective.
